Artist Bio

Kelly Duncan was born in London, Ontario, and grew up in central New York. She originally moved to Florida to pursue her dream of flight, ultimately becoming a civilian flight instructor at Tyndall Air Force Base.

Since then, she has returned to her first love:  trying to put her visions and dreams down in graphic form for others to peruse. Not easily categorised, her art pulls the viewer’s experience into the pieces she creates.

Ms. Duncan has had one person shows in Buffalo, NY, and has done illustration work for the Buffalo (NY) Zoological Gardens, the Erie County YWCA (Kenmore, NY), the Cercle Bernard Lazare (Grenoble, France), the YMCA of Monroe County (Rochester, NY),  Green Party of Bay County (Florida), and a quirky little online game called Mountain Quest.

Kelly has served as Vice President and Activities Director for Panama City Artists, has taught art classes for children and adults at the Visual Arts Center of Northwest Florida, and continues to be an active member of the Bay County art scene. Her work is held in collections in the US and Europe.
